Position Summary

Gotion Inc. is seeking a highly organized and analytical Senior Sales Management Specialist to support sales planning, performance management, data analysis, and business operations for the Americas region.

This position will work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to monitor business performance, optimize sales processes, and drive the execution of business initiatives. The role will also support cross-functional projects and help ensure timely resolution of sales and operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Align with corporate strategy and development objectives, support the decomposition of division-level targets, and support the implementation of sales plan breakdown for the Americas business unit.
2. Monitor and analyze sales performance. Oversee core business data including signed POs, order placement, delivery, payment collection, inventory, and accounts receivable. Track performance against KPIs, identify business deviations, and generate various business analysis reports as required.
3. Develop and optimize sales-related regulations and business workflows for the Americas business unit based on business requirements and corporate overall planning. Collaborate with the Digital Center to build digital systems for international businesses.
4. Coordinate internal cross-department resources, drive closure of sales-related business issues, and ensure high-quality and on-time order delivery.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above with relevant experience in operations management, project management, sales operations, sales management, or a related field.
2. Strong business data acumen and solid data-analysis capabilities, with the ability to analyze business performance and translate data into actionable insights. Familiarity with business systems such as SAP and CRM is required.
3. English proficiency sufficient for use as a working language. Willingness to travel is required.
4. Excellent cross-department communication and coordination skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accountability, and logical thinking.
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and drive business issues to resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in new energy, battery, energy storage, renewable energy, automotive, or related industries.
• Experience in sales operations, sales planning, business operations, or sales management.
• Experience with sales performance analysis, KPI management, forecasting, order management, or business reporting.
• Experience working in project management or cross-functional project environment.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business and data-analysis tools.
• Experience working with U.S. and international teams, particularly in a China-U.S. or multinational business environment.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, or other languages is a plus.
