Part-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Opportunity! Primary Job Function Assist in admitting patients for Methadone and Buprenorphine Treatment. Obtain a history and physical exam. Document into the EMR, enter orders for methadone dosing in the EMR or write a buprenorphine prescription. Authorize and supervise dispensing of daily narcotic replacement therapy and other medication by medical staff in the Medical Director’s absence. Consistently monitor patient dosages in conjunction with the Program Physician/Medical Director, Treatment Center Director, Counselors and Dosing Nurses. Other related duties as determined by supervisor. Qualifications | Education | Certifications Must be licensed in the state of California. Satisfactory drug screen and background check. Salary Range Salary ranges from $65 to $67 an hour. The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, specialty and training.
