Workforce Development Specialist — Trauma-Informed & Bilingual

Cornerstones, Inc. is seeking an Employment Services Specialist to prepare TANF-eligible youth and adults for workforce entry, re-entry, and advancement across multiple Cornerstones sites. You will conduct intakes, assessments, and group or individual sessions, while documenting cases and coordinating with case managers and partners.
