Then you might be just the Business Process Consultant we're looking for.With a growing portfolio of clients that specializes in designing consumer-centric strategies by combining creativity with data to build valuable relationships between consumers and brands, we are seeking a Business Architect to join our team.What Will Your Day Look Like?As a member of our Business Architecture team, you will work with peers and other consultants, driving commercial opportunities and helping us take our service offering to the next level. More specifically, your tasks include:Conducting interviews with key stakeholders to gather information about current ways of workingMapping and designing organizational operating models, capabilities, and marketing processesDefining and describing roles, responsibilities, and decision-rights frameworksDeveloping and implementing solutions to support and improve our clients' ways of workingIdentifying areas of improvement and providing recommendations to optimize organizational performance, structure, and delivery effectivenessDeveloping operational playbooks, training materials, and change/adoption strategies that translate new ways of working into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levelsEngaging and facilitating workshops with client stakeholders — including cross-functional and executive audiences — to build understanding and drive adoption of new processes, tools, or templatesIdentifying opportunities to apply AI, automation, and data-driven insight to modernize client processes and improve operational performanceOwning end-to-end client workstreams related to ways of working, which includes project management and coordination between teamsWho Are You Going To Work With?You will join a team of highly skilled consultants within MAP, part of WPP Enterprise Solutions, becoming part of a dynamic, international environment with plenty of opportunities to develop your personal and professional skills.This role is based in Copenhagen or London.
