Safety Administrator Location: Long Island City, NY Salary: $65K–$75K Type: Permanent Schedule: Hybrid — 3 days onsite / 2 days remote, with flexibility to work onsite 4–5 days when needed Our client is seeking a highly organized Safety Administrator to support the Risk & Safety team with case management, compliance, legal documentation, and administrative operations.Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.Responsibilities Support OSHA, Department of Labor, insurance claims, and legal matters Manage and track cases, claims, inquiries, and follow-ups Prepare written responses, reports, and documentation for government agencies Assist with slip-and-fall and workers' compensation-related matters Provide administrative and operational support to the Risk & Safety team Use Excel for tracking, reporting, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data organization Qualifications Bachelor's degree strongly preferred Case management or legal experience is required Strong writing and communication skills Advanced Excel skills — PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP required Strong critical thinking, organization, and attention to detail Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information Executive presence and professional communication skills Risk, safety, claims, OSHA, or compliance experience is a plus Bilingual is a plus,
