Apartment Service Tech II – Windsor Riverfront Park, Denver, CO Windsor Riverfront Park is a mid‑rise style apartment community with 266 units. Responsibilities Maintain competencies in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. Participate in rotating on‑call schedule for after‑hours and weekend emergency response. Diagnose, repair, and apply preventative measures in apartment homes, common areas, mechanical rooms, plumbing, electrical and appliance areas. Use smart devices and property management software to maintain accurate records and work order completion. Support the company’s values and cultures by providing exceptional service to teammates and residents. Familiarity with building safety systems including fire systems (sprinklers/alarms). Compensation Starting at $23.02‑$29.64 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location. Annual starting compensation: $47,882‑$61,651. Benefits 40% housing discount (subject to credit and background approval), increasing to 50% after two years. Annual PTO including 1 hour of paid sick and safe time per 30 hours worked, 10 days of paid vacation accrued bi‑weekly, 6 weeks of paid parental leave after one year, 10 paid holidays annually, and up to 3 floating days. Skills Minimum of 2 years’ experience with multifamily residential, commercial, or hotel maintenance. Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools. Knowledge of smart devices and property management software. Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and apply preventative measures in various areas. Support exceptional service to teammates and residents. Requirements Site‑specific certifications such as EPA Type II (preferred) or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date, and CPO (preferred) or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date. Ability to work a flexible schedule, some weekend work and participation in on‑call rotations.
