What You'll Do

• Provide excellent nursing care to women during labor, delivery, postpartum, and maternal special care
• Float between Labor & Delivery, Maternal Special Care, and Postpartum units
• Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs, progress, and well-being
• Administer medications, assist with deliveries, and support postpartum recovery
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Document patient care according to hospital protocols
• Ensure safety and adhere to infection control policies

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license or compact license
• At least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery or Women's Health nursing experience
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate (preferred: AWHONN Advanced EFM experience)
• Ability to work call shifts and weekends as required

About the Assignment

This position is based in the Women & Infant Float Pool at a prominent hospital in Columbus. The RN will support key maternity services, covering labor, postpartum, and maternal care. The unit is dedicated to providing high-quality, family-centered care for women and their infants, with a focus on safety, compassion, and clinical excellence.

Additional Details
