Route Accounting Associate

This position is remote; however, the selected candidate must reside within one hour of a Reyes Beverage Group facility in California. Position Responsibilities:Daily monitoring and actioning of group inbox, including but not limited to responding to inquiries and follow up on action itemsRun register process for each RBG facility assigned to you – Coordinate with local leadership to ensure that invoices from the day are posted in VIP. Process is critical for all subsequent reporting systemsRun invoicing process for each RBG facility assigned to you– Coordinate with local leadership and logistics analysts to ensure that routed orders are invoiced and available for driver next dayRun reports as requested for each facility to include inventory, variance etc.Correct invoice errors from prior daySupport operations as neededOther projects or duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience:High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 1 to 2 years of related experiencePreferred Education and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree BenefitsAt the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
