Accounts Payable Analyst (Fully Remote)

Support full-cycle accounts payable operations for SRI's Finance and Business Operations team. Ensure accurate and timely vendor payments, invoice processing, and expense management. Responsibilities: Process invoices and payment requests, including intake, distribution, and entry. Prepare disbursements via ACH, wire, and check, and reconcile vendor statements and AP aging reports. Build and maintain vendor relationships, resolve payment inquiries, and document internal controls and SOPs. Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of progressive accounts payable or accounting operations experience. Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint required, SAP Ariba preferred; must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
