Equipment Maintenance Technician Apprentice

Apprentice Maintenance Technicians We're looking for motivated individuals who want to combine a college education with on-the-job training. Train under the guidance of a certified mentor Work through a structured on-the-job training program while attending courses at Austin Community College (ACC). Tuition and fees will be paid for residents living in ACC's district. Required Qualifications 18 years or older Have a HS Diploma or GED Must be a U.S. Citizen Completion of a Certified Production Technician (CPT) Program or courses in ACC's Advanced Manufacturing Program is an advantage, but not required Completion of ACC's TSI Assessment if needed for math placement (you are highly encouraged to take the assessment as soon as possible to place into Algebra I or Algebra I with support to avoid delays in completing the program) Ability to work in a Class 1 clean room environment, wearing a full clean room suit Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 6 hours at a time Ability to work a compressed shift of 12-hours (3 days a week) SkyWater offers an exciting environment where the brightest semiconductor minds come together to achieve exceptional results.
