Buyer Location: Jacksonville, FL (100% Onsite) Pay Range: $28.85/hour What’s the Job? Review purchasing guides daily and place accurate purchase orders with suppliers based on inventory demands. Analyze daily inventory reports, including out-of-stock and over-allocated reports, to maintain optimal stock levels. Confirm purchase orders for accurate pricing, quantities, freight costs, and delivery dates. Manage inventory levels, product dating, returns, and coordinate on-time deliveries with logistics teams. Maintain vendor and item master data, including pricing, freight terms, ship points, and supplier information. What’s Needed? 3 to 5 years of buying or procurement experience. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed purchasing decisions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and suppliers. Experience with inventory management, purchase order processing, and vendor management. Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and proactively solve problems in a fast-paced environment. What’s in it for me? Competitive pay rate of $28.85 per hour.
