Family Medicine Physician OpportunityMarshfield Medical Center - Rice Lake is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join our primary care practice in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. National Health Service Corps (NHSC) approved site.- 100% outpatient practice with flexible scheduling that can support a 4-day work week- Work alongside a great group of providers with a nice mix of experience- Multiple specialties and sub-specialty support on site- Nurse line is 1st call and call is 1:8 (phone call only)- Excellent work-life balance (support for job sharing)Option A: Full Time Clinical RoleOption B: Full Time Clinical (80%) and Community Project Engagement (20%) Protected Time Dedicated to a Community Health Project Through a grant from the Orion Initiative, a grant program within the UW School of Medicine and Public Health, [provider] is able to offer 20% protected time for three years for a physician to lead a community health project. That means 20% of the physician's time in this full-time position will be dedicated to a community health project, with the remaining 80% focused on clinical care.
