Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to effectively understand clients' mental health issues and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, actively monitor their progress throughout the treatment journey, and adjust approaches as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, treatments, and progress to uphold ethical standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• A current and valid licensure issued by the state, including LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate the establishment of trust and rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience
