Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to identify the mental health needs of patients, taking into account their medical histories and current challenges.
• Provide short-term individual counseling sessions and crisis intervention services, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
• Facilitate therapy groups and workshops aimed at personal development and the exploration of subjects like stress management, coping strategies, and self-care techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams within the clinic, including physicians and nursing staff, to devise integrated care plans and optimize patient outcomes.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and facilitate wellness events that benefit our surrounding population.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of the unique mental health challenges faced by patients in a hospital and community health clinic setting.

• Experience working in a hospital or community health clinic.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
