BUILD A CAREER, NOT JUST A PAYCHECK

Element Moving & Storage is one of DFW’s established, highly rated moving companies, and we’re growing.

We are looking for dependable, hardworking people who want more than just another moving job.

You may start as a mover, but where you go from there is up to you.

We believe in promoting from within and giving strong employees a clear path to earn more, take on more responsibility, and move into leadership.

YOUR CAREER PATH AT ELEMENT

Mover → Senior Mover → Driver → Foreman/Crew Leader → Trainer → Operations/Management

Advancement is based on performance, not just how long you've been here.

Show up. Work hard. Take care of customers. Learn the business. Help your team. Take responsibility.

Do those things consistently, and there is room to grow.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Element mover, you are the face of our company in our customers' homes.

Your responsibilities include:

• Safely packing, wrapping, loading, transporting, and unloading customers' belongings
• Protecting furniture, homes, floors, walls, and property throughout the move
• Working efficiently while maintaining Element's quality standards
• Providing excellent customer service from the moment you arrive until the job is complete
• Communicating professionally with customers, crew leaders, and dispatch
• Working as part of a team and helping your crew finish jobs safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean, professional appearance
• Following company safety procedures and moving standards
• Helping earn 5-star reviews by delivering the kind of service customers remember

WE'RE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO

• Show up on time and ready to work
• Have reliable transportation to and from our Dallas warehouse
• Are physically capable of lifting and moving furniture safely
• Have a strong work ethic and don't need to be constantly supervised
• Work well on a team
• Treat customers, coworkers, homes, and belongings with respect
• Have a professional attitude and appearance
• Can work a flexible schedule, including weekends when needed
• Want to learn, improve, and earn their way into higher-paying positions

Moving experience is great, but attitude, reliability, and work ethic matter just as much.

DRIVER OPPORTUNITIES

Drivers can earn more and take the next step toward becoming a crew leader.

Driver candidates must have:

• A valid driver's license
• A good driving record
• Experience or ability to safely operate a 26-foot box truck
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• The ability to take responsibility for the truck, crew, paperwork, and customer experience

EARN MORE WHEN YOU PERFORM

At Element, your hourly rate isn't the only way to make money.

Team members can earn additional income through:

• Customer tips
• Review incentives
• Materials commissions for eligible positions
• Driver and leadership opportunities
• Advancement into higher-paying roles

We want people who understand that taking great care of the customer creates opportunities for everyone.

WHY ELEMENT?

We're not trying to build a revolving door of movers.

We're building a team.

Some people want a flexible part-time job. That's okay.

But if you're looking for a place where you can learn the business, become a driver, lead a crew, train other employees, and potentially move into operations or management, there is a path here for you.

We notice the people who step up.

PAY & SCHEDULE

Starting Pay: $18–$30/hour , based on experience, position, driving ability, and qualifications.

ALSO HIRING: MOVE MANAGERS, PACKERS & ORGANIZERS

Love organizing, packing, and helping people, but not interested in heavy lifting? We have a place for you too.

Element Moving is also looking for men and women interested in working as Move Managers/ Professional Packers. These positions focus on helping customers prepare for and settle into their moves, without the heavy lifting required of our moving crews. Responsibilities may include professionally packing and unpacking homes, organizing kitchens, closets and living spaces, labeling and inventorying belongings, helping clients decide what goes where, overseeing move-day details, and creating a smooth, organized experience from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, polished, dependable, and great with people. Experience in professional organizing, interior design, hospitality, senior move management, home staging, or packing is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

There is also real room to grow. Strong team members can advance from Packer/Organizer → Lead Packer → Move Manager → Senior Move Manager → Move Management/Operations Leadership.

No heavy lifting required. We are looking for people who can bring organization, calm, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service into what can otherwise be a stressful day for our clients.
