The Move-In Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Sales & Marketing (DSM) and ensuring the move-in process for new residents is efficient and effective. This position also acts as a backup for the sales department - performing tours, follow-up calls, and assisting in coordinating and hosting marketing events to promote the community to prospective residents.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates with depositors and their families and/or advocates for all aspects of the move-in process to ensure a positive experience for any new resident.
• Prepares new resident paperwork, schedules and attends the lease signing, and enters the move-in data into the appropriate Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
• Manages resident and family/advocate communication and assists with coordinating moving tasks, such as downsizing, furniture placement, movers, etc.
• Serves as a liaison for new residents and their family members before moving in and after moving in is complete. This includes introducing the new resident to key team members and helping the new resident acclimate to the community.
• Assists the sales team, as needed, in giving tours, cultivating leads, and taking deposits.
• Assists with ensuring collateral materials are available for marketing use; assemble and maintain model apartments in show-ready condition; develop and maintain a marketing tour book for the community.
• Assists with the planning of community events to promote the services of the community and to gather new inquiries for residency.
• Foster teamwork with co-workers, show initiative in overcoming obstacles, take actions that assist others beyond job responsibilities, and have a positive impact on co-workers, residents, and visitors.
• Seek out and perform other duties as assigned or needed.
