Retail Shift Leader

Position: Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) – EZPawn, Houston, TX Location: 13555 Westheimer Houston, Texas 77077 Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour, based on experience. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and build strong customer relationships. Process loans and extensions, and negotiate satisfactory terms for pawned items. Open and close the store, perform opening and closing procedures. Supervise, coach, and develop store team members. Promote sales and facilitate deals for a wide variety of pawn items. Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets EZPAWN apart from competitors. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Excellent organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics is a plus. Sales background is a plus. Bilingual ability is a plus. Strong negotiation talents and customer‑needs assessment skills. Benefits Competitive wages and uncapped monthly bonus potential.
