Accounting Analyst

Support the Pharmacy Benefit Manager’s accounting organization with core accounting and reporting functions Assist in achieving an accurate and timely month-end close Complete reports for upper management, finance liaisons, and business owners Interpret results of operations and forecast necessary changes Identify recurring issues, control gaps, and process improvement opportunities Communicate recommendations Support internal and external auditors during financial statement and internal controls audits Requirements 6+ months of working experience; internships count At least 1 year of experience in Accounting or Finance; studying Accounting/Finance counts At least 1 year of experience in Excel and/or analytical roles Bachelor’s Degree required; concentration in Accounting or Finance preferred Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Strong Excel skills Ability to work well with a team and independently 2 years of professional work experience preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Accounting and Finance with a strong focus on general ledger accounting, month-end close processes, and analytical reporting. Proficient in Excel and capable of identifying process improvements while effectively communicating recommendations.
