Enterprise Solutions Architect

Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect with strong experience in Oracle ERP/Fusion, Salesforce/CRM, and enterprise integrations . The candidate will design end-to-end solutions across business applications, APIs, middleware, cloud platforms, security, and deployment.
This is a technical Solution Architecture role , not a pure Oracle Functional or Integration Developer position.

Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end application and integration architecture for enterprise systems.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Architect integrations between Oracle ERP/Fusion, Salesforce/CRM, Workday, and other enterprise applications
- Design REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, API gateways, and integration patterns.
- Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and/or MuleSoft
- Design solutions using Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Apply modern architecture patterns including microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, scalability, resiliency, and cost requirements.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical evaluations, POCs, and solution design discussions.
- Work with business stakeholders, engineering, infrastructure, security, and external partners.
- Document architecture decisions, solution blueprints, data flows, and integration designs.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in application architecture, system design, enterprise integration, or related areas.
- 4+ years in a Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect / Application Architect / Technical Architect role.
- Strong Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle EBS, or Oracle Cloud experience.
- Strong Salesforce/CRM experience.
- Enterprise integration and API architecture experience.
- MuleSoft and/or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience with Azure and/or OCI
- Knowledge of microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps
- Understanding of financial processes such as GL, AP, AR, revenue recognition, and financial reporting
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and architecture governance skills.
Preferred
- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with Salesforce
- Experience with Workday or other enterprise SaaS applications
- Retail/e-commerce experience.
- AI/GenAI architecture experience.
- Experience with vendor evaluation and POCs. xhyhwjd

The ideal candidate will have this combination:
Oracle ERP/Fusion + Salesforce/CRM + OIC/MuleSoft + API/Integration Architecture + Azure/OCI + Enterprise Solution Architecture
Candidates should be able to explain how they have designed end-to-end enterprise solutions , not just developed individual integrations or performed Oracle functional configuration.
