Performance Science Manager
Red Bull North America
Required qualifications Undergraduate and Master's degree in biomechanics, physiology, sports science or related field 6+ years of experience in professional / elite team sport environments. Proven experience designing and delivering performance testing and diagnostics across a range of key technologies (AMTI, Vicon, Theia, Human Norm, Parvo, Treadmetrix, VALD). Demonstrated ability to develop data management systems to analyze and report performance data and translate it into training, rehabilitation, or performance recommendations using existing tools (MATLAB, Python, R, Tableau). Strong understanding of strength & conditioning principles, training theory, periodization, exercise prescription, and athlete development. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information to athletes, coaches, and interdisciplinary performance team members in a clear and practical manner. Preferred qualifications PhD in sports science or related field Recognized sports science and strength and conditioning accreditation (CSCS, CPSS, BASES, ESSA) Experience supporting reconditioning and return-to-performance, processes. Experience working across multiple sports and with athletes who have diverse training backgrounds.
