Must have strong background in Subchapters K and S of the Code, and familiarity with Subchapter J and QSBS is highly desirable. Tax LLM preferred. What you can look forward to? Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $297,500 - $350,000 (based on experience, skills, and knowledge). Junior partners may be on a different scale.
