Construction Litigation - Senior Associate or Counsel

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Associate or Counsel to join its Construction team in San Diego, CA. Duties Manage construction litigation matters with increasing independence. Draft and oversee litigation documents, including discovery requests and responses. Requirements 8+ years of experience in construction litigation. Experience representing contractors and owners/developers preferred. California Bar admission and state litigation experience required. Strong analytical and writing skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Admission to the California Bar. Skills Proficiency in construction law, including contract disputes and public works. Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
