Maintenance SupervisorDauch is searching for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This position will be based out of our Minerva, OH location. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees in the installation and maintenance of electrical and/or mechanical equipment and machinery used in company operations. Oversees the installation and maintenance of equipment and machinery. Oversees the work of maintenance and maintenance support staff; communicates expectations and provides direction and training. Monitors work performance and provides feedback. Coordinates maintenance of production equipment. Oversees technical process control and quality process control.Job Description:Maintain safe, secure, and healthy maintenance environment by adhering to organization standards and policies, and to legal regulations; immediately addressing issues and alerting others regarding potential concerns.Supervise maintenance employee outcomes by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining associates. Communicate job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job contributions, and recommends compensation actions, adhering to defined policies and procedures.Accomplish maintenance requirements by orienting, assigning, and coaching employees.Meet maintenance standards by following productivity and quality standards; resolving problems.Work with a cross functional team to meet cost standards by implementing cost-saving actions.Fulfill shift operations plans by receiving operational report from previous shift and allocating resources, in addition to fulfilling current operational plan.Complete shift operations by monitoring maintenance services, reallocating resources, and solving operational problems.Document maintenance services by completing forms, reports, logs, and records, ensuring accuracy of data.Contribute to maintenance and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.All other duties as assigned.Required Skills and Education:Associate's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.5+ years experience in plant engineering and general maintenance, trouble shooting, and problem solving.Experienced with CNC turning equipment, facility maintenance to current codes, and compliance with EPA and OSHA regulations.2+ years experience progressive leadership experience.About Dauch:Dauch Corporation is a premier Driveline and Metal Forming supplier serving the global automotive industry with a powertrain-agnostic product portfolio that supports electric, hybrid, and internal combustion vehicles.
