Commercial Associate Project Manager

This position supports execution and fulfillment of pharmaceutical customer projects, managing production schedules, material planning, and order status to meet delivery commitments and regulatory requirements in a contract manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain customer production schedules; track workflow and communicate delivery risks
- Manage Material Requirements Planning forecasts and purchase order requisitions with procurement
- Track on-time delivery and documentation metrics; monitor purchase order status
- Coordinate with customers on component changes, artwork updates, and pricing variances
- Oversee inventory management, nonconforming materials disposition, and finished goods release
Requirements
- Associate's degree in related field or 1-3 years relevant experience and training
- College-level mathematical skills
- Intermediate computer skills with knowledge of multiple software programs
- Professional fluency in spoken, written, and reading English
- Strong problem-solving and reasoning abilities with limited guidance
Compensation: $56,720-$70,900 base plus annual performance bonus eligibility
