Key Responsibilities: Manage and identify influencers aligned with client brand requirements. Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers across social media platforms and other channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns, including content creation, distribution, and measurement. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize influencer partnerships and drive ROI. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing, and apply insights to improve campaign effectiveness. Manage influencer contracts, negotiations, and payments in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Maintain a strong understanding of the brand's voice and messaging, and ensure that influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and values. Requirements: A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or a related field. 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing. Remote or able to commute to local offices when needed. Proven experience in influencer management and with a track record of successfully executing influencer campaigns. Demonstrable portfolio in managing integrated influencer campaigns across online and offline channels. Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, post schedulers and web analytic tools. Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign development and digital marketing channels. Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance. Efficient project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insights. Excellent writing, communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in the relevant software such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Preferred Skills: Relevant certifications in digital marketing or campaign management. Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems for campaign execution and lead management. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, SMM and other strategies. Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance. Familiarity with data privacy and marketing compliance regulations. Compensation & Benefits: This role offers a competitive base salary.
