Program Coordinator

Position Overview Located on a beautiful 10‑acre campus in Scottsdale, the Devereux Arizona 24‑hour Residential Treatment Center (RTC) serves 52 children ages 7‑17. The RTC offers dormitories, a therapeutic K‑12 day school, food services, medical/nursing, and therapy services. The Program Coordinator (Supervisor) reports to the Assistant Director of Residential Services and is responsible for daily management and overall programming at the RTC. Responsibilities Supervise and develop Direct Care Staff Train and onboard new employees Conduct interviews and evaluate staffing needs Manage employee schedules Work closely with individuals and families to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment Develop and implement creative activities and interventions Complete paperwork and write incident reports Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Perform additional duties as assigned Schedule Full‑time: Wednesday‑Saturday, 11 AM – 9 PM (schedules are subject to change).
