Shift Leader

Overview You were born to be the boss. Domino's Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers. It’s a tough job that needs a natural leader for the store shift. You’ll need skills including judgment, math, and the ability to multi-task. Responsibilities Perform all the duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers during the shift. Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift. Responsible for all store operations. Greet customers and take orders with a smile (including when answering the phone). Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers. Make fast, accurate, and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures. Deliver products by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner. Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from the front of the house to the back of the store. Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards. Qualifications / Expectations Strong judgment, math ability, and the capacity to multi-task. Ability to manage a team and oversee store operations during shifts. Customer service orientation and strong communication skills.
