Hotel Room Attendant

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented hospitality professional to help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest. In this role, you will contribute to the overall presentation and cleanliness of guest rooms and common spaces while supporting high standards of service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards and daily assignments.
• Make beds, replace linens, restock amenities, and ensure rooms are well organized and presentable.
• Vacuum, dust, sanitize surfaces, and clean bathrooms thoroughly.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damaged items, or missing supplies and report concerns promptly.
• Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning products, linens, and guest belongings.
• Respond to guest requests professionally and courteously when assistance is needed.
• Support housekeeping and public area cleanliness as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and security standards.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred, but not always required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and cleanliness standards.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift during most of the work shift.
• Ability to move housekeeping equipment and supplies as needed.
• Comfort working in a physically active role.
