Build trusting relationships with customers and recommend products and services that best meet their needs. Follow all Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations. What You Need: An outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills. The ability to connect with customers. Attention to detail and pride in your work. High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions. A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude.
