The Senior Financial Analyst will drive automation, enhance data quality, and lead process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability across workstreams, both individually and for the broader team.## **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**Essential Job Responsibilities:* Perform detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.* Advise and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and support.* Build and maintain complex financial models to forecast and analyze financial performance.* Participate in strategic planning activities, offering insights and recommendations.* Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.* Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed analysis and insights.* Maintain accurate and organized financial records.* Constructively challenge assumptions, business cases, and investment proposals brought forward by senior leaders* Leverage AI-powered tools and technologies (e.g., Copilot, automation platforms, and data analytics solutions) to streamline workflows — driving greater accuracy and efficiency.* Identify and champion opportunities to transform processes by evaluating current workflows, recommending automation or AI-driven solutions, and leading implementation efforts that reduce manual effort and improve turnaround times.* Stay current on emerging AI technologies and digital tools relevant to the finance landscape, proactively bringing forward ideas to modernize processes and enhance the team's capabilities.
