Global Director, Customer Intelligence & VoC Strategy

Eaton is seeking a senior leader to own and operationalize its global Customer Intelligence and Voice of Customer (VoC) strategy. The role will build governance, data architecture, and an enterprise-wide program to transform customer insights into strategic business actions.

The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional council, develop an AI-enabled CI architecture, and advise executives on growth, product, pricing, and market priorities.
