Construction Project Manager

Support PMs and Superintendents with daily project execution. Review drawings and assist with scope coordination. Help manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers as needed. Assist with schedules, meeting notes, and closeout tasks.

A privately held general contractor headquartered in Florida with over 30 employees and nearly 2 decades in business. Known locally as a stable employer, the firm delivers office, hospitality, education, municipal, religious, and healthcare/MOB projects, with annual revenue around $38M and a strong repeat-client base.

The Successful Applicant

3+ years' experience in commercial construction. Ability to read and understand construction drawings. Working knowledge of trades and sequencing. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Degree not required; construction-related education a plus.
