Hiring Material Handler in Monument - Swing Shift
Pay: $18.70/hour
We are seeking a reliable Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations by receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking materials. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable using scanners and computers to manage inventory transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, transfer, and issue materials using scanners and inventory systems.
- Process material movements, including dock-to-stock, floor returns, kits, transfers, and MRO transactions.
- Verify inventory accuracy and resolve transaction discrepancies.
- Perform cycle counts and support inventory control efforts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety, health, and security procedures.
- Collaborate with production and shipping teams to ensure material availability.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in material handling, shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory control.
- Experience with shipping and receiving processes preferred.
- Ability to use scanners and computers for inventory transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling electronic components or printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Familiarity with MROs, floor returns, and inventory management systems.
Schedule
- Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Training: Wednesday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (on-site)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.70 - $18.70/hr.
