OPEN POSITIONS:

FITNESS FLOOR ASSOCIATE – $16.43 hour Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 18 years of age is required
• High School Diploma preferred
• Minimum of one-year experience in customer service or wellness field

preferred

• YMCA Healthy Lifestyles certification (completed within 60 days of hire)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to relate to diverse groups in the community
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire)
• New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and

Bloodborne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire)

WORK SCEDHULE:

• Part Time approx. 8 - 10 hours weekly
• Day, Evening, and Weekend Shifts.
