University of Colorado Anschutz Department: Obstetrics and Gynecology Job Title: Ambulatory Clinic Open Rank-Instructor, Senior Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor Position #: 00724636 - Requisition #: 40670 Job Summary: The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Division of Community Practice, CU Medicine East Denver, is seeking a compassionate Obstetrics and Gynecology generalist for a full-time faculty position at the Instructor level or above in the Denver metro area. This position provides high-quality, patient-centered care across outpatient, inpatient, and surgical settings while working collaboratively with providers and staff to support coordinated care for the Denver community. The role includes shared service coverage, with night and weekend calls at Rose Medical Center. The position also offers opportunities to support medical students and resident education within an academic medicine environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, patient-centered obstetrics and gynecology care across outpatient, inpatient, and surgical settings. Participate in shared call coverage, including night and weekend calls. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and staff to support efficient, coordinated care across the practice. Supervise and teach medical students and residents in clinical and procedural settings. Maintain accurate, timely, and complete medical documentation and required training. Engage in quality improvement initiatives that support patient safety, care quality, and clinical outcomes. Contribute to community outreach and patient education efforts that advance the health and well-being of the communities we serve. Anticipated Pay Range: The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as follows: Instructor: $290,000 to $300,000 Sr. Instructor: $301,000 to $320,000 Assistant Professor: $321,000 to $330,000 Associate Professor: $331,000 to $350,000 This position is eligible for participation in a metric based incentive following the first 12 months of employment. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
