Executive Recruitment Analyst

Effective July 1, 2025 in accordance with the applicable Memorandum of Understanding, the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) was implemented in response to the status of the State budget. PLP 2025 requires each full-time employee in Bargaining Unit (01), and related Excluded, Exempt and Statutory Exempt employees, will have their base salary reduced by (03) percent and will receive (5) PLP 2025 leave credits monthly through June 30, 2027. Salaries do not reflect the recent changes.

Analyst I
Under the supervision of the Supervisor II, Executive Recruitment and Selection Unit (ERSU), the Analyst I performs the less complex analytical work associated with the California Correctional Health Care Services' (CCHCS) executive classifications.

Analyst II


Under direction of the Supervisor II, Executive Recruitment and Selection Unit (ERSU), the Analyst II performs the full range of complex and technical personnel duties. The Analyst II provides consultation to managers, supervisors and program staff on the most complex work associated with CCHCS' executive classifications. May act as a lead person over staff in ERSU if needed.

This position is located in HR, which delivers innovative programs and services that attract, cultivate, and serve a diverse, highly-qualified workforce.
