Executive Recruitment Analyst

Job Description Position: Analyst I (with possibility of Analyst II) Location: Elk Grove, Sacramento This position is located in HR at California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS). The Analyst I performs less complex analytical work associated with the CCHCS executive classifications under the supervision of the Supervisor II, Executive Recruitment and Selection Unit (ERSU). The Analyst II performs the full range of complex and technical personnel duties, providing consultation to managers, supervisors and program staff on the most complex work associated with CCHCS executive classifications, and may act as a lead person over staff in ERSU if needed. Responsibilities include: Conducting analytical work related to executive classifications. Providing consultation on complex personnel matters. Assisting or leading staff in the ERSU as needed.
