Drill Press Operator
A growing manufacturing company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Drill Press Operator to join its production team.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate drill press equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Verify dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
- Change tooling and perform basic machine maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
- Support production goals and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operation experience preferred
- Blueprint reading skills required
- Experience using precision measuring tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent attention to detail and quality
- Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred
