• Number of Beds - 51
• Number of Staff 120
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift 18 RNs, 1 charge RN, 2 RTs, tech
  • Night Shift - 18 RNs, 1 charge RN, 2 RTs
• Patient Ratios 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4
• Type of equipment -
• EMR - Cerner

Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Level III or higher NICU experience- 2 years or more preferred

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Best personality Fit:

• Detail oriented and organized

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

• NRP

Floating Area(s):

• Peds, PICU, Mother Baby (babies only)

Dress Code :

• Scrub Color/Attire - navy blue

Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Weekends and On call(if any)

• Every other weekend
