Head of Marketing & Sales

Tango Therapeutics

Boston, MA

Tango Therapeutics seeks a Vice President of Marketing and Sales to lead commercial strategy and launch precision oncology assets as the company transitions to commercial-stage operations. The role involves architecting marketing and sales infrastructure, directing product positioning, and serving as a core member of the Commercial Leadership Team reporting to the Chief Commercialization Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute overarching commercial strategy aligned with corporate goals and financial planning
  • Design foundational marketing and sales infrastructure to transition company from clinical to commercial readiness
  • Lead disease awareness campaigns and brand positioning for precision oncology assets
  • Partner with Clinical Development and Regulatory Affairs on trial design and label strategy
  • Drive market research and competitive intelligence to inform commercial decisions

Requirements

  • Proven track record launching oral oncology therapies in commercial settings
  • Enterprise-level commercial strategy and leadership experience in biopharmaceutical industry
  • Deep knowledge of precision medicine, oncology market dynamics, and regulatory pathways
  • Cross-functional leadership capability across clinical, regulatory, and commercial functions
  • Experience building commercial infrastructure and sales organizations from early-stage growth
