Commercial Preconstruction Manager (K-12 Education)

Commercial Construction Preconstruction Manager We are seeking a Preconstruction Manager with strong experience in ground‑up commercial construction, with a focus on K-12 education facilities and/or large‑scale healthcare projects. This role is responsible for leading all preconstruction efforts from concept through construction handoff. Responsibilities Lead estimating, budgeting, and conceptual cost development Manage bid strategy, subcontractor outreach, and procurement planning Review drawings, scope alignment, and constructability analysis Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and operations teams Support value engineering and risk mitigation efforts Requirements 5+ years of preconstruction experience in commercial construction Strong background in ground‑up K-12 or healthcare projects Experience with large, complex projects ($20M+ preferred) Solid understanding of MEP systems and construction sequencing Excellent communication and client‑facing skills Competitive salary + bonus Full benefits package Strong pipeline of institutional and healthcare work #J-18808-Ljbffr Diamond Peak Recruiting
