Senior Specialist, Project Management, Ancillary Supply Systems

Job Description The Sr. Specialist will be a key member of the Ancillary Supply Management (ASM) team and will actively contribute to the ASM strategy, vision, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will help shape operational processes, business partnerships, and system capabilities that support ASM stakeholders, external partners, and the clinical programs we support. The position will play a critical role in the development, governance, optimization, and support of ASM business processes, systems, data, and reporting tools. The Sr. Specialist serves as a business systems leader and subject matter expert, partnering closely with Information Technology, system owners, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive operational excellence, process efficiency, and data integrity. The position is accountable to: Lead and support ASM business systems, integrations, and related technologies utilized directly and indirectly across the organization. Serve as the ASM subject matter expert (SME) for system functionality, configurations, integrations, master data, and business requirements. Identify, communicate, coordinate, and drive the resolution of system, process, and data-related issues. Ensure continuous operational effectiveness through proactive system support, issue management, and process optimization. Partner with Information Technology and system owners to implement system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
