Qualifications WHAT YOU BRING Reliable attendance — you show up on time, ready to go, every shift Physically able to work outdoors in all weather on your feet for the full shift Comfortable with repetitive tasks without losing focus or quality Clear, warm communicator — you connect and make others feel welcome Available for weekends and holidays Able to safely lift up to 40 lbs Customer service or outdoor work experience is a plus — we'll train the right attitude How You Show Up — Ecw Competencies Customer-Centric Approach — Demonstrates positive customer interactions, listens actively, and follows service standards to create a great customer experience.
