Warehouse and Logistics Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse and Logistics analyst to join

our team at Arrae. We are quickly expanding in different channels and opening a few

warehouses. We will need a warehouse and Logistics analyst to manage and coordinate

shipments within different warehouses and co-man. The Warehouse & Logistics Analyst is

responsible for managing inventory accuracy, warehouse performance, transportation analytics,

and logistics reporting across all distribution channels. This role works closely with Supply

Chain, Operations, Finance, Sales, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure products

are delivered efficiently, inventory levels are optimized, and logistics costs are controlled.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in inventory

management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics within a fast-paced consumer

packaged goods (CPG) environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse

● Manage internal inventory transfers across US/CA to optimize inventory placement,

maintain safety stock, and support B2B/D2C replenishment needs.

● Execute all inbounding from manufacturers, vendors, & other partners. Ensuring timely

and accurate receiving, stowing, and distribution of inventory across the fulfillment

network. Inclusive of customs/border clearance requirements with respective

brokerages/freight partners.

● Monitor warehouse productivity, order fulfillment performance, and inventory accuracy.

Including lot code and expiry tracking, proactively disposing/donating aging inventory.

Logistics and Transportations

● Analyze inbound and outbound freight costs and transportation performance.

● Track carrier service levels, delivery performance, and freight claims.

● Identify opportunities to optimize shipping routes, modes, and carrier selection.

● Manage freight reporting and transportation cost analytics.

● Support contract reviews and carrier negotiations through data analysis.

Cross Functional Collaboration

● Support the Supply Planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

● Partner with Sales and Customer Service teams to improve customer fulfillment

performance.

● Collaborate with Procurement and Demand Planning teams to align inventory strategies.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

● 2+ years experience in warehouse management, inbounding and inventory

management.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Sharp analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

● Experience with customs and cross border shipping.

● Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.

● Experience in the CPG, eCommerce, retail or consumer goods industry will be helpful.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with EDI systems is highly preferred.
