Lead Maintenance Technician — Full-Time, Skilled Care Facility

Catholic Charities New Hampshire

St. Joseph Residence, Manchester, NH, part of Catholic Charities New Hampshire, seeks a hands-on Lead Maintenance Technician to keep the facility safe, functional, and welcoming. The role covers HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance, with weekend coverage every other week and a focus on resident comfort.
