Job Details Job Location: McLean, VA 22043 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $180,000 – $200,000 per year Job Category: Intelligence Operations Support Responsibilities Blend deep IT expertise with standard project management skills. Lead the team through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring tasks are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. Provide subject‑matter expertise and guidance to customer leadership. Manage multiple research projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Act as the primary technical point of contact with our customer, mission partners, and contractors. Qualifications Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Lead the end‑to‑end requirements lifecycle, from intake through delivery, ensuring traceability and alignment with business objectives. Translate operational, security, and compliance needs into clear, prioritized requirements for engineering and vendor teams. Collaborate with Product Owners and technical leads to refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and uphold quality standards. Drive cross‑functional coordination across engineering, DevOps, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver capabilities efficiently with minimal disruption. Develop and maintain comprehensive program and technical documentation, including requirements, delivery plans, and audit‑ready artifacts to support governance and traceability. Provide executive‑level reporting on delivery progress, risks, and business impact.
