Job Description

$22/hr | Full-Time | Evaluation-to-Hire

We're hiring an Administrative Data Entry Specialist for a growing environmental testing company in Bee Cave. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working in Excel, and enjoys accurate, high-volume data entry in a structured office environment.

What You'll Do

Perform high-volume data entry in Excel
Review and verify data for accuracy
Identify and correct discrepancies
Scan, organize, and maintain electronic records
Prepare and assemble completed documents
Support administrative projects as needed

What We're Looking For

Previous data entry or administrative experience
Strong Excel skills, including formatting and basic formulas
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable attendance and strong organizational skills
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associate degree preferred
