Government Process Scrum Master - Senior

Overview Senior Government Process Scrum Master – Senior facilitates Agile delivery processes supporting digital modernization initiatives across CDAO programs. Location: Arlington, VA Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Support Agile teams delivering AI, data analytics, and digital modernization solutions. Work closely with Program Manager, Chief Architect, and Task Leads to plan and deliver government deliverables. Remove impediments and coordinate cross-team collaboration. Track Agile metrics and performance indicators. Support Agile transformation initiatives across government teams. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 8+ years of experience supporting Agile development environments in federal or DoD programs. Scrum Master certification. Active Secret security clearance required (or higher). Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Agile delivery for AI, data analytics, or digital modernization programs within DoD or federal government environments. Strong knowledge of SAFe, DevSecOps, and Agile performance metrics, with experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced government programs. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to work on site 5 days a week. Ability to work independently and yet be effective within a team setting. Must be capable of managing multiple efforts with time-related constraints in a fast‑paced contracting environment. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups and individuals. Friendly presence, helpful attitude, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with others. Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications. Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, and experience working in a home office setting as well as the ability to train end users on frequently asked technical issues. Ability to provide technical assistance and support over the phone; good phone skills, professional demeanor, and previous customer service experience strongly desired.
