About the Opportunity As a Customer Care & Inside Sales Specialist, you will be one of the first points of contact for both prospective and existing customers—and an important voice of the Haven brand. Your goal is to make every interaction a positive experience. You will listen carefully, educate homeowners, recommend the right services, schedule appointments, and confidently ask for their business without using a high-pressure approach. You will also assist existing customers and help ensure their questions and concerns are handled with care. This position offers an opportunity to develop your customer-service and sales skills while taking on greater responsibility as the company grows. The role is primarily in person at our Richardson office. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong follow-through and time-management skills. Warm, confident, and professional phone presence. Highly organized and attentive to details. Eager to learn, improve, and help others. Comfortable educating customers and asking for the sale. Excited to play an important role in a growing company Previous customer-facing experience is preferred but not required. Experience with CRM systems and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.) is preferred but not required. Job Responsibilities Respond to new customer inquiries and clearly explain Haven’s services, pricing, and policies. Recommend appropriate solutions and convert qualified leads into customers or inspections. Follow up consistently with prospective customers through phone, text, and email. Assist existing customers with scheduling, billing questions, and routine service needs. Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and follow-up activities in our CRM.
