Licensed Aesthetician

Job Description Looking forAesthetician, preferably from Mansfield or the local area, 2 years' experience minimum, preferably with established clientele. Offering hourly plus a tiered commission pay scale. We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, Licensed Aesthetician to join our team and help us provide top tier results in our Medical Spa. Required: Active Texas Esthetics License (or dual Cosmetology/Esthetics). Strong communication and sales skills. Passion for skincare, product and skin knowledge, and client education. Schedule is Tuesday - Saturday, Thursday - Saturday's are required, but 1 Friday and Saturday off a month is possible. Responsibilities: Provide customized, results drivenfacials, advanced skin treatments. Familiar/Certified in Dermaplaning, Hydrofacial, Acne Facials, MicroNeedling, Chemical Peels, and product sales. Educate clients on their skin health and prescribe personalized at home skincare regimens. Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment room and spa environment. Meet and exceed spa retail and membership sales goals. Build a loyal guest base through exceptional customer service both in person and via digital engagement.Help with social media to capture aesthetic content, client transformations, and educational videos and reels.
